1. Introduction

Welcome to Namad.sa. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products (Oud, Incense, and Accessories) from both [Namad] and third-party vendors listed on our platform. By accessing our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. General Definitions

• "Company/We/Us": Refers to [Namad], a registered entity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• "User/Customer": The individual or entity purchasing products.
• "Vendor": Third-party sellers who list their own Oud and Incense products on our marketplace.

3. Marketplace Model & Vendor Liability

Our platform operates as a dual-model marketplace:

• Sold by Us: Products marked as "Sold by [Namad]" are our direct responsibility.
• Sold by Vendors: Products marked as "Sold by [Vendor Name]" are the sole responsibility of the respective vendor. We act as an intermediary platform. While we vet vendors, we are not liable for the manufacturing defects of vendor products, though we will assist in dispute resolution in accordance with KSA laws.

4. Products and Nature of Oud

Due to the natural origin of Oud wood and essential oils:

• Images on the website are for illustrative purposes. Natural grain and color of wood chips may vary.
• Scent descriptions are subjective. We strive to describe notes accurately, but perception may vary by individual.

5. Orders and Payment

All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT where applicable.

• We accept Mada, Visa, MasterCard, and Apple Pay,bank transfer
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product is out of stock or if there is a pricing error.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to all regions within KSA.

• Delivery Time: 2-7 business days depending on the city.
• Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

7. Return and Refund Policy (KSA Consumer Law)

In compliance with the Ministry of Commerce regulations:

• You may return products within 7 days of receipt.
• Condition of Oud/Incense: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused.
  Specific Exception for Oud Oil: If a sample is provided, only the sample may be used. If the seal on the main bottle is broken or touched by skin/cloth, it cannot be returned for hygiene and purity reasons.
  Specific Exception for Wood Chips: Returns are accepted if no more than 2 gram has been used for testing.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [ Riyadh].
